To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video of the defect to process your claim.

We offer Free Standard Delivery (curbside freight) on all massage chairs. White Glove Delivery is available as an upgrade and includes professional in-home setup, placement in your desired room, and removal of all packaging materials.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Total delivery time is typically 5–7 business days from when your order is placed. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
