At Pure Comfort Chairs, we are committed to providing clear, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order. All products are delivered with care and fulfilled through our authorized distribution partners within the United States.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.


Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and coordination with our authorized fulfillment and distribution partners. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times typically range between 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier scheduling.

5–7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier availability, destination, or external factors.


Delivery Method

Standard Freight Delivery (Free)

  • Curbside delivery to your driveway or front entrance

  • Large items are delivered via freight carrier

  • Signature may be required upon delivery

White-Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

  • Available for select products and locations

  • Includes in-home placement and basic setup

  • Delivery timelines remain within the standard shipping window

Availability of white-glove service will be shown at checkout if applicable.


Delivery Appointments

Because massage chairs are large and heavy, the freight carrier may contact you by phone, text, or email to schedule a delivery window.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Missed delivery appointments may result in a redelivery fee charged by the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
If tracking updates do not appear within a few business days, our support team is happy to assist.


Shipping Protection & Damaged Deliveries

All shipments include insured delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work promptly to resolve the situation in accordance with our warranty and replacement policies.


Preorders & Backorders

If a product is temporarily unavailable or on preorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page and confirmed after checkout.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
