We offer a 30-day return window for most massage chairs. The item must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply due to the size and weight of massage chairs. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
If your chair arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@purecomfortchairs.com. We'll coordinate a replacement or repair immediately and handle all freight claims on your behalf.

Yes! We offer optional White-Glove Delivery where our team delivers, unpacks, and assembles your massage chair in your room of choice. This service can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
Absolutely. For apartment deliveries or locations without elevators, we recommend selecting White-Glove Delivery. Our technicians will handle stairs, assembly, and packaging removal to ensure a smooth experience.
