We strive to offer competitive pricing on all products sold at PureComfortChairs.com. If you find an identical product at a lower advertised price, you may be eligible for a price match, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match:

The product must be identical (same brand, model, color, and configuration)

The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer

The item must be in stock and publicly advertised

The lower price must be verifiable at the time of request
Exclusions
Price match requests do not apply to:

Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales

Auction sites or marketplaces (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

Used, refurbished, or open-box items

Pricing errors or typo listings

Membership-only or coupon-based discounts

How to Request a Price Match
Email support@purecomfortchairs.com with:

A link to the competitor’s listing

Your order number (if already purchased)
Price match requests must be approved before shipment. Approved adjustments are issued as a partial refund or price adjustment.
Final Approval
All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. PureComfortChairs.com reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its discretion.
