Pure Comfort Chairs does not manufacture the products we sell and does not set warranty terms. Warranty coverage is provided and administered by the manufacturer, and terms vary by brand and model.

Kahuna massage chairs include a manufacturer-provided limited warranty. Coverage duration and service options vary by model. Warranty registration is required within 30 days of delivery and applies to residential use only.

General Kahuna Warranty Terms

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Valid only for the original purchaser

Kahuna manufacturer warranties do not cover:

White-Glove Delivery & Shipping Damage

If White-Glove Delivery was selected:

  • Chairs are assembled and tested at delivery

  • Any shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Issues reported within this timeframe will be handled in coordination with the manufacturer or delivery partner.
