Pure Comfort Chairs does not manufacture the products we sell and does not set warranty terms. Warranty coverage is provided and administered by the manufacturer, and terms vary by brand and model.
All massage chairs purchased from Pure Comfort Chairs include a manufacturer’s limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty coverage may include:
Replacement of defective mechanical or electrical components

Structural frame coverage (select brands/models)
Coverage terms, service availability, and duration vary by brand and model.
In-home service, technician visits, or replacement methods are determined by the manufacturer and may depend on location and product eligibility.

Service & Repairs
Medical Breakthrough may offer in-home service or technician support as part of the manufacturer warranty, depending on the model, issue, and customer location. Service availability and response methods are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties generally cover:
Defects in materials or workmanship
Electrical or motor failures under normal use
Internal mechanical or roller mechanism malfunctions
Covered issues occurring within the applicable warranty period
Manufacturer warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and cosmetic changes
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or accidents
Commercial or non-residential use unless explicitly stated
Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Environmental damage, power surges, or improper voltage
Outdoor or non-intended usage

Optional Extended Protection Plans may be available through select manufacturers or third-party providers. These plans may include:

Coverage beyond the standard warranty period
Availability and terms vary by product. Extended plans must be purchased according to provider requirements.
If White-Glove Delivery was selected:
Chairs are assembled and tested at delivery
Any shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Issues reported within this timeframe will be handled in coordination with the manufacturer or delivery partner.
Manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser
Warranties are non-transferable
Coverage may be void if the product is used outside intended residential use or altered
Pure Comfort Chairs and Elevate Elite LLC do not assume liability beyond the manufacturer’s warranty terms
