How to File a Warranty Claim

  4. Photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to diagnose the issue and arrange for replacement parts, repair service, or an exchange if necessary.

Extended Protection Plans

White-Glove Service Warranty

If you purchased White-Glove Delivery, the delivery team will assemble and test your chair in your home.
Any shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for free replacement or repair.


Repairs & Replacement Parts

Most repairs are handled directly by certified technicians authorized by the manufacturer.
In some cases, replacement parts may be shipped for simple self-service installation.
