Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided that all return conditions are met.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund.

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

We will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or resolution in accordance with warranty and shipping policies.
Because massage chairs are shipped via freight:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs (even if marked βfreeβ) are non-refundable
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
If an item is returned damaged due to improper packaging, additional fees may apply.
All applicable fees will be disclosed and deducted from the refund before processing.
Once a returned item is received and inspected by the authorized facility:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection
Refund amount reflects applicable shipping and restocking deductions
You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
We only replace items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge
Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment may incur a processing fee
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
