When you purchase a Kahuna DIOS-1288, it gives full warranty for 3 years. You must register our warranty within a month after you receive the product. Warranty will be voided if we don’t receive registration within that period. Visit our warranty registration site and register your product. This product is for home use only.
Warranty will not be covered if it was damaged by customer mishandling, drop, damage by moving the product, wear of replaced parts such as fabric, vinyl, plastic, or any other external damage.
Warranty is non-transferable and it will be voided if you buy from an unauthorized dealer.

We offer Free Standard Delivery (curbside freight) on all massage chairs. White Glove Delivery is available as an upgrade and includes professional in-home setup, placement in your desired room, and removal of all packaging materials.
